Green Superintendent Update - April
Dear Sky Meadow Members, Welcome back to Sky Meadow Country Club for the 2025 season! From the entire groundskeeping team, we are thrilled to welcome you back to the course. As your Golf Course Superintendent, I wanted to personally share how excited we are to see you all returning. This past winter certainly tested us, but I'm incredibly proud to say that the course has emerged in excellent condition. We've been working tirelessly to ensure the greens, fairways, and roughs are ready for play. We've focused on course cleanup to ensure optimal playing conditions as we open. While some areas are clean, we still have a lot to do. Bunkers will need to be reworked, and sand added. And debris cleanup will be a continuing effort in the weeks to come. All in all the course is in great shape and just needs some fine tuning. Mother nature decided to put a hold on many of our projects.
